Help with Vellichor

Include the Vellichor version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model and a description of what happened. Do not attach a copyrighted or sensitive book.

Importing a book

From the Library, use the add button and select an EPUB, PDF or text file through Apple's document picker. Some scanned or unusually formatted PDFs may not preserve their original structure.

Restoring a purchase

Open the lifetime-unlock screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Deleting local data

Delete an individual book through its Library actions. Deleting Vellichor removes its local app data according to iOS behavior.

Document rights

Vellichor does not provide books. Import only documents you are authorized to access and use.

Apple manages charges, receipts and refunds. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for billing or refund requests.
