Vellichor Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Vellichor may store imported book files, extracted text, chapter information, reading position, voice and playback preferences, and prepared audio inside the app's container. This information supports features you request and is not transmitted to IKARZA.

You choose files through Apple's document picker. Vellichor does not scan unrelated files or your general document library.

Narration and voice resources

Book text is processed on your device and is not sent to IKARZA or a remote narration service.

Vellichor may download narration model and voice resources from Hugging Face before first use. These requests do not contain book text, filenames, titles or library information. Hugging Face may process ordinary technical request information under its own privacy policy.

Apple services

Apple processes purchases through StoreKit. IKARZA receives the entitlement status needed to unlock the app, but not payment card or bank details.

If Vellichor offers private iCloud sync and you enable it, Apple may store selected library information in your private iCloud account. IKARZA does not operate that storage service or have access to the contents of your private CloudKit database.

Analytics and tracking

Vellichor does not include developer analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated crash reporting. It does not use the advertising identifier or request permission to track.

Retention and deletion

Your local library remains on your device until you delete books in Vellichor or delete the app. Because IKARZA does not operate Vellichor accounts or collect your library, we cannot retrieve or delete a server copy.

Children and document rights

Vellichor is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Import only documents you are authorized to access and use. Vellichor does not publish or share imported documents with other users.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Vellichor's features or legal obligations change. The effective date above will change with the published policy.
